How do I log in to Ledger Live?
Open the official Ledger Live app on your desktop or mobile device and follow its instructions to connect your Ledger hardware wallet. Ledger Live does not use a browser-based wallet login. Download the app from Ledger’s official site.
Does Ledger Live ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Never enter or share your 24-word recovery phrase online, in a form, or with anyone claiming to be support. Your phrase is the offline backup to your private keys and should remain private.
What if I lost access to my Ledger device?
Use Ledger’s official support resources to understand your options. If you have your recovery phrase, only restore it directly on a genuine Ledger device, following official instructions. Do not type it into a computer or website.
